Fault alarm prompts and solutions
1. No response after inserting the gun
1. There is no response and no green indicator light flashes after the gun is inserted, or the electronic lock is not closed when the charging is started. Pull the gun and re-insert the charging gun in place;
2. The vehicle ACC is not turned on (different vehicles have different phenomena), turn on the vehicle ACC;
3. The gun is inserted and unplugged too frequently, and the gun should be inserted one minute after withdrawing the gun;
4. After the above methods are tried, it cannot be used. If the equipment fails, contact the staff for maintenance;
2. Too little charging current
1. The vehicle demand current is small, which is normal; (click BMS information during charging to view the charging demand)
2. The ambient temperature is too low, the battery is protected, and the current recovers after a period of preheating (if the current does not recover, the charging ends and the gun is re-plugged); 3. The internal temperature of the battery is too high, and the battery protection (different brands of vehicles have different protection values) reduce the demand The current is normal; (click the BMS information to check the battery temperature during charging) 4. Check the BMS information is normal, but the charging current does not meet the requirements, enter the device parameter setting to check whether the module parameter setting is correct, and check the module working status in the status query Is it normal? (Contact the staff to confirm)
3. Emergency shutdown
1. Twist the red emergency stop button clockwise to restore
4. No response to card swiping
1. If the account number does not exist when swiping the card, confirm that the charging card is an online card/offline card, and select the correct fee control mode in the parameter settings;
2. The account is locked when swiping the card, contact the card issuing staff to unlock it with the card issuing device; 3. There is no sound when swiping the card, and the working indicator of the card swiping device is not on, (contact the staff)
5. Background communication failure
1. Use Ethernet to prompt the network failure, check whether the Internet routing is normal and stable, and whether the network cable is connected (you can try to change the local IP in the network parameters)
2. Use 4G network to prompt network failure, the signal is not good, the network often goes offline, and it has been in a disconnected state. Power off and restart cannot be restored. Contact the operator to check whether the traffic is insufficient or the network is in arrears;
6. Input over/under voltage
1. Prompt the input overvoltage and undervoltage alarm, check whether the input power supply voltage is normal;
7. BMS communication failure
1. The BMS voltage is 12/24V when the main page is switched
2. Some vehicles (usually large vehicles) have a master switch, which can only be charged after the switch is turned on.3. If the above solution is invalid, you need to shoot a small video on the charging page and BMS information page to record the entire startup process (the startup process will last about 2 minutes);
Eight, output overvoltage, overcurrent, abnormal current
1. Output overvoltage check parameter setting→protection constant value setting→output overvoltage value, whether the setting is wrong; 2. Output overcurrent check parameter setting→protection constant value setting→output overcurrent value/maximum charging current value, whether the setting is wrong ;
3. Check whether the current abnormality parameter setting → meter parameter setting → CT transformation ratio is consistent with the current level of the shunt; check whether the module dialing code is correct, and whether all modules communicate normally;
Nine, the screen is not bright
1. Open the front door of the charging pile to check whether the control board is working normally, whether the green indicator light on the main board is on or not, and whether the connection line between the screen and the main board is loose; (replace the screen if there is no above phenomenon) 2. The indicator light on the door does not light up, and the control board is working If the indicator light does not light up, check whether there is DC12V working voltage at the J5 position on the lower right corner of the main board (if the main board has no working voltage, check whether the switching power supply 1 is working normally, and check whether the fuse is turned on)
Ten, charging gun lock gun
1. The electronic lock is closed during the charging of the DC gun, the charging gun is locked and cannot be pulled out (normal state); 2. After charging is completed and the settlement is completed, the charging gun cannot be pulled out without unlocking, click the upper left corner of the screen to enter the maintenance menu → Exception handling → click To unlock the corresponding charging gun:
Manual unlock:
11. Insulation fault or alarm
1. A certain pile often reports insulation failure and stops charging, which may be the water entering the gun head.You can check the real-time insulation resistance in Status Query→Insulation Status, the normal value should be 49999
2. Individual vehicles (mostly vans) alarm, usually due to vehicle insulation problems; the national standard requires that the alarm will be alarmed when the insulation resistance is less than 375K, but it can be charged (the warning light is always on at this time), and the insulation resistance is not safe enough.If it is less than 75K, it will not be allowed to charge, and the bus insulation alarm will be reported;
12. Equipment high temperature alarm
1. Clean the dust from the side door vents;
2. Open the side door and restart the device to see if all fans start normally (half of the fans do not start, check if the fuse is connected)
3. The charging gun head over-temperature alarm, check whether the T1+, T-, T2+ wires of the charging gun wire transfer terminals are loose (the temperature of the loose wires varies greatly)
13. The meter communication is abnormal
1. Open the main entrance of the charging pile to check whether the screen of the meter is bright, whether the numbers and pages have changed, and check whether the fuse is connected;
14. Access alarm
1. The main door of the charging pile is not closed properly; 2. The access control switch is not in close contact with the door, and the access control switch is moved outward (in the protection parameter setting, the access control detection is exited)
15. Grounding alarm
1. The grounding resistance of the charging pile is too large. Check whether the grounding network between the charging pile and the power distribution room is normally connected; (the grounding detection can be turned off in the protection parameter setting)
